This team is coached by Chad Bewley. We practice on Mondays and Thursdays at Oakland Baptist Gym from 6-8pm. For the first few weeks, we will also practice on Tuesdays from 6-8pm at the Old Alvaton Gym.
This week, Bob McPherson will run the practices, and there will be no Tuesday night practice.

Our next game will be tomorrow afternoon against Grace Christian Academy at 4:30pm at 3279 Southall Rd. Franklin TN, 37064. This is the #1 seed in the South, so please give yourself plenty of time to get there before 4:00pm for the boys to be ready to play! If anyone needs a ride, please let us know.
Monday at 5pm, we play at Glasgow Christian Academy. Please be there by 4:30 for warmups.
Tuesday starts our tournament and we are hosting the game at 5pm at Oakland Baptist gym. If we win Tuesday, then we will play again at 5pm on Thursday.
The 7/8th team will have practice tonight at Alvaton from 6-8pm and again on Saturday from 10-12 at Oakland Baptist’s gym. Please make every effort to be at both of those practices to prepare for next week’s tournament.

Hello Trailblazers,
This is a big week for the team as we tune up for the tournament next week. Today, we play Lighthouse in Antioch and tomorrow, we play Bethel at Leitchfield.
Please be there before 4:30 for warmups. We need to be ready to play because it’s our final opportunity to get a conference win and affect our seeding for the tournament. Antioch is on the other side of Nashville, so give yourself some extra time.
In Tuesday’s game, that team has some 6th graders on their team, so we’ll provide an opportunity for our 5/6th starters to play too.
Please remember on Saturday, we have a practice at Oakland Baptist church at 10am. Please be there because it will be our final practice before the tournament.

I wasn’t able to locate a facility for another practice this week. So, we’ll see everyone back on next week’s practice schedule. Monday and Thursday from 6-8pm at Old Alvaton Gym. Both teams play at Sumner Tuesday night and the 7/8th boys play on Friday at Christian Community. See you next week!
I hope everyone had a great week off last week. Hopefully, we’re not too out of shape for our games next week. For anyone who is in town, please come to a practice today at Phil Moore Park from 5-7pm. I am also trying to find a location for a practice this Saturday. I’ll let you know as soon as I can get something worked out.
There will be no practice tonight. We’re working on finding an alternate practice location during the holidays. If we can work something out, we’ll let you know. We’d like to have some practice time for anyone who is in town and able to do it.
